  • Any returned item must be in its original package with all original contents undamaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For no-reason returns, the customer should pay for the return shipping cost. And a valid tracking number is required.
  • A full refund will be issued after our warehouse receives the returned package and confirms its integrity after proper inspection.
  • If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund without quality issues.
